Hi everyone! My colleagues and I were discussing how to optimize shift schedules more easily and quickly, especially when you have to manually adjust everything and employees change frequently. As far as I understand, there is a tool called Shifton that helps with automatic and manual planning. How do you like this approach? I am just starting to figure it out, but I would like to know how much it really helps save time and avoid mistakes. What features impressed you in this service? And how does the system solve the problem if you suddenly have to change the schedule at the last minute?

This sounds interesting, especially since all these changes are happening so quickly. Question: How well does the system work if you have many different departments or shift types? For example, if one department works 8 hours and another works 12, how does Shifton manage these differences? Also, are there any synchronization issues if someone disagrees with the schedule for some reason, such as wanting to swap shifts with a colleague?
