Hi everyone! My colleagues and I were discussing how to optimize shift schedules more easily and quickly, especially when you have to manually adjust everything and employees change frequently. As far as I understand, there is a tool called Shifton that helps with automatic and manual planning. How do you like this approach? I am just starting to figure it out, but I would like to know how much it really helps save time and avoid mistakes. What features impressed you in this service? And how does the system solve the problem if you suddenly have to change the schedule at the last minute?

This sounds interesting, especially since all these changes are happening so quickly. Question: How well does the system work if you have many different departments or shift types? For example, if one department works 8 hours and another works 12, how does Shifton manage these differences? Also, are there any synchronization issues if someone disagrees with the schedule for some reason, such as wanting to swap shifts with a colleague?
Hi! I have been using https://shifton.com/shift-scheduling in my company for several months now, and I can say that it is a really cool tool that has saved us a lot of time. In fact, the automatic shift scheduling that shift creator provides works very effectively. It all starts with you entering data about your employees, their schedules and preferences (who can work on weekends and who can’t, are there any time restrictions, and so on). Then the system automatically creates a schedule, taking into account all these parameters. What I like about this tool is its flexibility. For example, if someone gets sick or suddenly can’t come to work, Shifton offers automatic replacements. This saves a lot of time, because before we spent a lot of effort trying to manually find a replacement or redistribute shifts. At the same time, the system always checks that the laws on overtime and providing rest are not violated. That is, if someone has already worked in the last few days, the program itself will offer a replacement so as not to overload the employees.
